The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.
With the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, subsidy programs have been proposed that will allow the acquisition and massive implementation of digitization solutions. The European Union will allocate more than 3,000 million euros in grants to Spain from the “Next Generation EU” European funds managed through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

What are the requirements to request the Digital Kit bonus?

If you meet the following conditions, the Digital Kit program is made for you!

1. Being a small business, micro-business or self-employed (between 1 and 49 workers).

2. Comply with the financial and effective limits established in the category of your company.

3. Be registered and comply with the minimum obligation established in the call.

4. Not considered a company In crisis.

5. Be up to date with tax obligations and with Social Security.

6. Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission, for illegal or incompatible aid.

7. Do not incur in any prohibition of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17.

Who can apply for the grant?

The digital solutions included in the Digital Kit are aimed at both small and medium-sized companies, regardless of their sector or type. Therefore, any SME may apply for the subsidy by meeting the required requirements.

How to request the Digital Kit bonus?

1. Go to the Acelera pyme website and access its private area to register.

2. Take the Digital Diagnostic Test to find out the degree of digitization of your SME.

3. Choose the digitization solutions that will be included in the subsidy program and the Digitization Agent that will implement it.

4. Very soon you will be able to access the procedures to request the Digital Kit bonus.

What is the amount of the Digital Kit bonus?

Segment 1

Small businesses with between 10 and less than 50 employees.

Maximum amount of the digital voucher: 12.000

Segment 2

Micro-enterprises with between 3 and less than 10 employees.

Maximum amount of the digital voucher: 6.000

Segment 3

Small businesses with between 0 and less than 3 employees.

Maximum amount of the digital voucher: 2.000

Exploitation of company data to improve the decision-making process.

  • Data integration with other databases: the solution will allow access to other databases and comparisons with the exposed data.
  • Data storage: the solution must provide a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data panels: the solution will allow the creation of personalized data panels with relevant data and different forms of visualization.
  • Data export: the solution will allow the export of data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibility with different programs in common use for users.
